1. Who we are

These terms govern your purchase from taweez.online. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. What you are buying

A taweez written out by hand for the person, home or premises you name, from the details you supply, then folded and sealed in a waterproof locket and posted to the address you give. Each one is prepared individually for your order.

3. Price and payment

Every taweez on the site is the same price, whichever one you choose. The price of your order is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. Posting is included at no charge, to any country. Prices are in USD. Payment is taken through our payment provider on a page hosted by them; we never see or store your card details.

4. All sales are final

Every order is final and non-refundable once it has been placed. Each taweez is written by hand for the named person or address you give, which makes it yours alone, and the work begins as soon as your order arrives.

This is a bespoke, personalised item, which is why no cooling-off or change-of-mind cancellation applies to it — please choose carefully and check the names and address before you pay.

5. Where we will still put things right

“Final sale” does not mean we walk away from our own mistakes. If we write the wrong taweez, write it to details other than the ones you supplied, or the order never arrives, we will write and send a replacement at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number.

We cannot replace an order free of charge where the names or address you gave us were wrong, or where delivery failed because the address was incorrect or incomplete.

6. The details you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, mother’s names and addresses you supply, and for having a proper basis to give us the details of anyone other than yourself. Check them before paying — once a taweez has been written, it has been written.

7. Delivery

Written within 24 hours and posted once finished, with tracking. Delivery times depend on the destination and on the postal service, and are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or by the postal service in your country.

8. Nature of the item

A taweez is sold as a spiritual item.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep access to your email address secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in, because sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
